Refund policy
LKF Concepts requires a deposit to secure your reservations. For standard dining room reservations, this is taken on a per-person basis. For Private Room bookings, deposits are based on the required minimum spend. All deposited amounts are applied to the final bill at the end of the meal.
Deposit payments are made via this website for each restaurant's applicable menus via a secure site as provided by Shopify or other booking platforms such as Bistrochat.
Deposit & Reservation Cancellation Policy:
All deposits made to secure restaurant bookings are non-refundable; however, provided the required notice period is met, deposits may be transferred according to the terms below:

Group & Private Dining Cancellation Policy:
To ensure the best experience for all guests and to protect our restaurant inventory, strict conditions apply to larger parties and private dining rooms.
- Large-Group Bookings (6 or more guests): A per-person deposit is required to secure the reservation. Any full cancellations, modifications, or reductions in party size must be made at least 72 hours prior to the booking start time. Provided this notice is met, the deposit may be transferred once to another date for the same meal at the same restaurant, subject to availability, within a 90-day period.
- Private Room Bookings: Deposits to secure a private dining room are based on the room's minimum spend requirement. Any cancellations or modifications must be made at least 72 hours prior to the booking start time. Provided this notice is met, the deposit may be transferred once to another date at the same restaurant, subject to availability, within a 90-day period.
Forfeiture Notice: If cancellations, modifications, or reductions in party size for Large Groups or Private Rooms are made with less than 72 hours' notice prior to the booking start time, the deposit will be entirely forfeited. Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
*”Festive” includes but is not limited to Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Easter, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year.
General Policy Adherence: For customers who have made a deposit and have not adhered to the above Deposit & Reservation Cancellation Policies, the paid deposit amount will be forfeited in full.
All gift cards purchased are strictly non-refundable. Gift cards may have a validity of 1 month, or up to 6 months (Feel free to email contact@lkfconcepts.com with the registered email on the gift card and also the last 4 digit to check on the balance and the expiry date).
Food Delivery & Takeaway Refund Policy:
LKF Concepts.com maintains a strict no-refund policy on confirmed delivery/food orders from our restaurants.
In the instance where meals have not been prepared (which requires at least 72-hours prior cancellation notice to the specific LKFC restaurant), customers can choose one of the following options:
1. An LKFC Digital Gift Card of the equivalent value of the Food Order cancelled, which is available for redemption at the restaurant from which the order was made from for either dine-in, delivery or takeaway orders (via LKF Concepts.com). This card shall be valid for a period of 3-months from the point of the Cancellation.
2. A refund amount of 90% of the value of the Delivery/Takeaway order. LKF Concepts incurs several third-party charges when orders are made and refunded, including and not limited to: 1) Payment Gateway Fees 2) Website Hosting Fees 3) Administration Costs.
