About Chef Justin Chan Chef Justin's passion for food started at a young age. After spending 14 years in the U.S., he returned to Hong Kong in 2014 to pursue his dream of becoming a consultant and restaurateur. Chef Justin has appeared in various cooking shows, including TVB's Cooking Beauty, where he served as a judge. He also hosted his own cooking segment on Viu TV's food channel. One of his greatest achievements was having his Japanese cuisine restaurant, Naked Gurume Gyarari, named one of the 100 Top Best Asia restaurants.
About Chef Tammie Tsang Chef Tammie is a certified Functional Nutrition Consultant and professionally trained chef based in Hong Kong. She believes in health-supportive ingredient selection and listening to our bodies. She has worked in prestigious restaurants such as Blue Hill at Stone Barns (2 Michelin stars), and James Beard in New York (2 Michelin Stars) and Grassroots Pantry in Hong Kong. Chef Tammie advocates for consuming real and whole foods that are nutrient-dense and promotes sustainable and health-supportive choices in the kitchen.
About Chef Alessandro Persico Hailing from Liguria, Italy and with over two decades of culinary expertise under his belt, Chef Alessandro Persico has helmed numerous restaurants in Las Vegas, India and Hong Kong. After spending 10 years at Zeffirino, the spectacular bi-level restaurant at Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino in Las Vegas serving authentic Italian cuisine, he moved on to sharpen his skills and joined Grand Hyatt Hotel in Mumbai. He joined Lan Kwai Fong Concepts in 2021, leading the kitchen team of BACI Trattoria & Bar and for two consecutive years in 2022 and 2023, BACI has been ranked the 2nd best pizzeria in Hong Kong by 50 Top Pizza Italy.
