This exciting brunch offering commences with an assortment of Sashimi with Toro, Red Tuna, Yellowtail, Salmon, and Botan Ebi served at the table for sharing. To follow, guests can then indulge in an unlimited supply of superb made-to-order appetisers, sushi rolls, salads, and grilled and deep-fried items. Options for mains include Hirame Teriyaki; Beef Goma Fumi; Joe’s Ramen with seafood and ramen noodles served in a lobster broth; Seared Sushi Combo (additional HK$100); and A5 Saga Beef Usu-Yaki. End the meal with a selection of Ice Cream and a Fruit Platter to share.
With seatings available from 12pm to 3pm, Weekends and Public Holidays, the brunch fills up quickly and is priced at HK$580 per adult; and HK$320 per child (aged 3-11), for a minimum of two guests. Guests can also opt for a free-flow package for just HK$238 per person, which includes sake, wine and beer.
